2010 represented perhaps the biggest technological changes in the video production industry since the advent of HD. A new breed of cameras and shooting styles rose to popularity and provided access to some incredible visuals to just about every budget level.
At 617 we’ve leapt in with both feet to the world of Cinema Production and our clients have been incredibly pleased with the results. To compare what we’re able to deliver today versus a year ago at the same budget is frankly incredible. It’s cost us a tremendous amount of time and resources to fully educate and equip ourselves for this video revolution, but we’ve always strived to be as close to the edge of technology as possible, and in this case it’s paid off quite well.

Another new client in 2010 is East Coast Air Charter, based in Statesville, North Carolina. As part of their online overhaul we produced several videos for their new website. The following is a message from their President.

In 2010 we added the fantastic graphic designer Autumn Musso (autumn@617pg.com) to the 617 Production Group family. Autumn is incredibly talented and is really quite skilled at taking a client’s idea and translating it into something visually beautiful. One of her first projects with 617 was the cover for Stu Schlackman’s latest book, From the Star to the Cross.
