Injury Management Organization desired to create a more personal connection between their company and their clients, while at the same time offering a web solution for some of their most frequently asked questions. 617 offered the suggestion of doing a video FAQ with actual employees answering some of the most basic questions about one of their programs. The result took pressure off their support team being asked the same questions over and over and put a personal face on the company.

Production Notes:
This project was shot at the 617 offices against a full length green screen. Each employee was shot answering questions, then the questions were put in in post production. The result is a unique piece of web media, a visual FAQ that is modular and can be trimmed or expanded based on need. New questions and answers can be added at any time or removed as the information changes.
